This year, shortly after Passover, Jews worldwide celebrated the 75th anniversary of the State of Israel. Yom Ha’atzmaut was celebrated with dance performers, speeches, and a kosher dinner curated by Michal Balas, featuring chef Yosi Levi. Jewish members of the community attended, ending the night with a celebratory dance party!
