The AJC is Hiring for a Fundraising Campaign Administrator

The AJC is seeking to hire a Fundraising Campaign Administrator for our 2021 United Jewish Appeal of Atlantic Canada Campaign (our annual fundraising campaign).


Start Date: Monday, October 4th, 2021


End Date: Friday, January 7th, 2022


Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (20 Hours per week). Exact hours are flexible as long as they are between the hours of 9:30am-4:30pm.


Work Location: The AJC Offices (5640 Spring Garden Road, Suite 300, Halifax, NS, B3J 3M7)


Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour


Duties will include:
Keeping organized lists for all things related to the fundraising campaign (donations, pledges, etc.)Helping design and send out campaign mailings and emailsIssuing campaign invoicesProcessing paymentsKeeping our database up-to-date with donation informationMailing tax receipts to donorsThanking donors via phone, email, and lettersWorking with volunteer fundraisersCalling/emailing/writing to potential donors to ask for donationsAny other duties as assigned by the AJC’s Executive Director
