Tzedakah, or giving to others, is always important, but especially during the High Holidays. Please bring non-perishable food items, cash, or a cheque (made out to the Community Food Sharing Association) to services. We will have a collection box and will bring all contributions to the food bank.
Break-Fast Potluck Meal:
If you are able to bring a dish to the potluck, please let us know what you plan to bring. You are very welcome whether or not you bring anything.
There are two refrigerators at the Lantern, so you can bring your food Tuesday night or Wednesday. There are also two stoves and ovens. If you wish to bring a dish which requires reheating, you will be responsible for the reheating of the dish and putting it on the table when it is ready to be served.
VERY IMPORTANT: We will need people to help with set up and especially with clean up. Please email us at email@example.com if you are able to help.
Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you at there!
