Israel Advocacy Committee

Israel today faces an intensive and increasingly sophisticated assault on its right to exist as a sovereign, democratic Jewish state. Atlantic Canada is not immune to these threats. On college campuses, within professional and academic associations, and at local community events, instances of delegitimization targeting Israel continue to arise. Sophisticated tactics are increasingly used to spread these anti-Israel messages.

In response, the AJC’s Israel Advocacy Committee educates, organizes and mobilizes the Atlantic Canadian community to counter these acts of delegitimization and to positively shape and lead the conversation about Israel through events and other effective tactics.
